How Old Am I?
-------------------------

The teacher noticed that Johnny had been daydreaming
for a long time. She decided to get his attention.
"Johnny," she said, "If the world is 25,000 miles
around and eggs are sixty cents a dozen, how
old am I?

"Thirty-four," Johnny answered unhesitatingly.

The teacher replied "Well, that's not far from
my actual age. Tell me...how did you guess?"

Oh, there's nothing to it," Johnny said. "My
big sister is seventeen and she's only half-crazy."

No, not sure how many I'll bring. May be tough to get smokes in on this trip, I'd really have to break away from the family to smoke and I'm not going to do that. It's not going to be like our other trips where we had a house

Nothing heartless about getting fired from a multi-million $ coaching job and still collecting the pay for future years of your contract.  Sounds like a mighty fuk'n good deal to me.  Mac Broiwn is collecting $5 million/year from UT through 2017 while picking up some chump change from ESPN along the way.  Then there is TN where half of the coaches in America are collecting +/-$2 million a year without going to work.........

One of my Top Dream Jobs is to be a fired major college football coach, next would be a fired School Superintendent and 3rd would be a fired City Manager from a larger metro area.  All it means is you quit getting up in the morning and going to work.  School superintendent in my district (which as 4 elementary, 1 middle school and 1 high school) makes $400k/year and has a long contract.

good morning boys, no 3 bean at our Thursday herf  :'(   Let's  see got a bunch of stuff to do today,
but going to get a flu shot around 10 am here in the office.  Perks of working for the city, they don't
want you to get sick and take time off.
Got mine last Friday so it should be in full effect by this coming Friday.

Morning Flip.

Sunny and cool morning out think I will take my morning walk.
1st day it has actually felt like fall here, very nice out.

Then it's time for retraining, comrade.

Exactly. I'm sure there aren't as many window shoppers out there that scrutinize as much as we do. We seem to put in the time (as a group) to find the best deals... It's a real challenge getting those cheapo bean prices sometimes. Go Team Banter!    (http://www.lifetv.ee/forum/images/smilies/cheerleader3.gif)  lol

First couple of years before we had kids, we passed out candy, hardly got anyone. Mostly a few teenagers. Haven't passed out candy since the kids were ready to go, and we take them to one of the grandparent's neighborhoods, so they can fawn over them.

Have not retried them.

On the Mash  yesterday I got 5 CLE Corojo Coronas, 10 CLE Cuarenta 11/18's and 5/Four Kicks Corona's for $74.53 total with FS.  CLE is not catsrule eligible but the Four Kicks allowed me to apply catsrule to the entire order.  The Four Kicks were actually one of those specials that pops up at checkout.
Nice catsrule trick..... ;)

Escalator was out on the 8th ave & 33rd st corner of Penn Station this morning. He may have turned around and went back home.... Actually I think he takes the 7th Ave exits out of Penn Station.

Yesterday I bought a nice deal with Four Kicks by Crowned Heads Corona's 5/$20 today they are offering the robusto's for $27 on the Mash..... they have really got their heads up their asses.

You made a nice buy, but they can be regularly had for sub $15 on the Auction site as well... and I prefer the corona.

Have you revisited that La Imperiosa sampler?

Have not retried them.

On the Mash  yesterday I got 5 CLE Corojo Coronas, 10 CLE Cuarenta 11/18's and 5/Four Kicks Corona's for $74.53 total with FS.  CLE is not catsrule eligible but the Four Kicks allowed me to apply catsrule to the entire order.  The Four Kicks were actually one of those specials that pops up at checkout.
Nice catsrule trick..... ;)
Next time you order from them, consider adding the following (you will thank me later)
https://www.famous-smoke.com/roma+craft+el+catador+de+las+petite+corona+sampler+cigars/item+50170
Or at Atlantic for $54  (48 VIP)

There we go. I was almost beginning to worry for a minute.
Just wanted to leave it hanging for a bit.

Or you might be able to pick them up locally if all of the shops are not under water.

I find this one even more impressive:

There are already sellouts, particularly in Imax screenings, and to meet the demand, movie theaters are continually adding show times, the online ticketer reports. “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” presales also broke every Imax record, generating over $6.5 million.

I won't get to see it until February!

"Drink Responsible and Avoid Beer"  a few cigars are fine.  So that means I can decide what is responsible and define a "few"

It is pretty seriously high and I know this works without fuk'n with drugs (other than of course the most basic of heart medicines Red Wine) so driven to be pretty disciplined.  I really can have a few cigars weekly though.

OK, perhaps that last post was uncalled for.  You're right, 15 more years seems like a long time. Five years more or so likely here, though if I gotta work, I'm happy to be doing what I'm doing (TNWSS).

I'll make this as short as I can...

My boys did really well in school last week and I promised them a little something.

They've been asking about this game for their wii and it's pretty old so I knew I could buy it second hand at GameStop.

I had never been in there before and there were 2 or 3 other customers in there right before they were going to close.  I was promptly greeted, asked if I needed anything in particular, shown where the game was located plus offered some alternative options.  The sales kid was genuinely super friendly and I know it wasn't about a commission because I only wound up spending $3.20 and he continued to be helpful.

It was the kind of retail customer service I hadn't experienced in over two decades.

I made sure to fill out the survey and plan to do a lot more shopping in that store in the future.
