Without cross checking, Sis prices don't look particularly good to me.

Back to CI for Weekend Spotlight.
(again, the button and content don't match...)
There’s a New Bulkamania running wild, brother!
This week at CI, we’re unleashing deep discounts on only the most tried and true blends on the market. In typical Bulkamania fashion, the rules are the same and the more you buy, the lower the price goes. Choose from 25+ different blends all equipped with epic savings as low as $1.35 per cigar! Scoop up blends from Alec Bradley, CAO, Diesel, Gurkha, La Perla Habana, Man O' War, Montecristo, Rocky Patel, and Victor Sinclair just to scratch the surface. Buy 3 or more of the same 10-pack to maximize your savings, or pluck off a variety of 10-packs, the choice is up to you. The best part, everything starts for less than $4 apiece! It's big, it’s bad, it’s Bulkamania. Don't wait for the proverbial apple to hit you in the head, this is an easy decision.
-
Now that's a pretty one...

I agree. The price might change as the day goes on. Sometimes, they'll even swap it out for something completely different. They keep us guessing.

Good morning, Daves.

Now that's a pretty one...
I agree that the My Father box looks pretty but my eyes suck and I can't tell what exactly they are.

Now that's a pretty one...
I agree that the My Father box looks pretty but my eyes suck and I can't tell what exactly they are.
I did a quick search and found this:
The My Father Blue cigar is handcrafted in Honduras using 100% Honduran tobacco, marking a new direction for the brand which typically produces cigars in Nicaragua. It comes in four box-pressed sizes: Petit Robusto (4 ½ x 50), Robusto (5 ¼ x 52), Toro (6 x 54), and Toro Gordo (6 x 60). My Father Blue is described as a medium to full-bodied smoke with notes of white pepper, cedar, molasses, roasted coffee bean, and a subtle floral spice.

Today is Saturday, July 12, the 193rd day of 2025
with 172 to follow.
The moon is waning. Morning stars are Jupiter, Neptune, Saturn, Uranus and Venus. Evening stars are Mars, Mercury, Neptune and Saturn.
On this date in history:
In 1862, the U.S. Congress authorized a new award, the Medal of Honor, highest military decoration for valor against an enemy.
In 1933, a U.S. industrial code was established to fix a minimum wage of 40 cents an hour.
In 1957, Dwight D. Eisenhower became the first sitting president to ride in a helicopter. He traveled in a Bell Ranger as part of a nationwide civil defense exercise. The presidential helicopter has always been called Marine One.
In 1962, the Rolling Stones gave their first public performance -- at the Marquee Club in London. Twenty years later, the band entered into a long-term, $28 million contract with CBS Records -- the richest deal in music history.
In 1979, thousands of spectators at a Chicago White Sox game rushed the field at Comiskey Park declaring disco dead. Police made 39 arrests and nine people were injured during the so-called Disco Demolition.
In 1984, Democratic presidential nominee Walter Mondale named U.S. Rep. Geraldine Ferraro, D-N.Y., as his running mate. She was the first woman to share a major U.S. political party's presidential ticket. Mondale lost in November to incumbent Ronald Reagan.
In 1990, Boris Yeltsin quit the Soviet Communist Party, saying he wanted to concentrate on his duties as president of the Russian republic.
In 1993, a 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck Japan's northern main island of Hokkaido, killing 160 people. It was the deadliest temblor to hit the country in 10 years.
In 2008, Tony Snow, who was press secretary under U.S. President George W. Bush and a Fox News Channel host, died of cancer at age 53.
In 2011, Ahmed Wali Karzai, 48, a half-brother of Afghan President Hamid Karzai and a powerful figure in Kandahar, was killed at his home by a bodyguard.
In 2018, Sandra Oh became the first Asian American to earn an Emmy nomination for Best Actress for her role in Killing Eve. She won the award two months later.
In 2022, South Korean drama Squid Game became the first non-English-language series to be nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Drama. The Netflix series lost to HBO drama Succession.

Just got back from a b&m, picked up a couple of the Perdomo Legacy's. Probably won't try one tonight, cause it's another steamy one out there today. I'll wait until a day I can focus on it a little better.

I really want to try the Decenio. I have an all-day off-sight meeting on Monday, followed by a birthday celebration at a b&m, but I know the place doesn't carry any AJF, nor any new Perdomos. I need to go out of my way to find a nearby place that does.

I see there are some new tariffs on the EU and Mexico. I can't keep track any more. How many times have these tariffs been imposed and revoked?
-
Mother-in-law recently got a new clothes dryer, so now I've inherited her old one that still works. Actually, it had recently been repaired so most of the motorized parts are new. I'm hoping to have it up and running within the next hour. No pressure.

You don't earn the nickname TACO by being level-headed and following through.

I went to this one specifically because they had the Legacy's. I think only 100 or so stores across the country have them. It's the same place I went to the event and saw Nick a few months ago.

Got both resting. Looking forward to them.

I remember giving him a hard time about it at an event. He sent me a picture of him in jeans and a T shirt. ;D

Of course. He doesn't know any other way, as far as I can tell.

It didn't work out. I'm gonna have to get an electrician to wire me up for 240V if I plan to use her old dryer. My old one was gas powered.
