Good morning, LuvTooGolf. What's shakin'?
My whole body as it shivers in this damn cold. How's about you?

Sounds like we may have gotten some snow last night, as I just heard a plow go by.

My whole body as it shivers in this damn cold. How's about you?
Cold is definitely top of mind. Especially since this new furnace is pissing me off. It seems I have to add water every single day. I got back from work last evening and it was 60° in the house. The water gets low and the auto-cutoff shuts it down. I can't use the auto-fill because it doesn't seem to be configurable and it adds too much water to the system, to the point that my radiators begin leaking and damaging the home.

That would piss me right the hell off, too. Especially with how much you paid.

Lunches are made and one more kid to get off to school. Then the workday begins.

We're supposed to add about an inch of snow tonight. How many more weeks of winter?
-
Starting with this game today since it's the one that flips first.

Had a little snow this morning. Lows tonight and tomorrow night in the low 20's . Should be winter's last hurrah here as temps will be in the 60's and 70's next week.

Tood a bit longer to get to page 2 than it did yesterday.

Ought to have his lawyer send them a little note. Surprising what any communication on legal letterhead can do.

Already had to shovel this morning before the wife took the kids to school, and it looks like I'll have to do it again before she picks them up. Coming down pretty steady right now.

It's on my to-do list. My wife is handling the nagging to get me to call them, so you're off the hook. She's also reminding me about the issue I'm having with my car. I just don't have much time for incompetence.

I saw your post from last night this morning. Do you know what happened that it turned so quickly?
No. I'd offered to go sit with his wife at the hospital last night while he was in surgery, but she was feeling overwhelmed trying to hold it together in front of hospital staff and said she'd reach out if she needed me. I sent a message a little after midnight asking how she was holding up, but she didn't immediately respond. I went to bed. Had the phone alert set on high, but her message at 2:45 asking if I could maybe come get her didn't wake me. I got it at 5:20, and responded, asking if I could come get her. She got back to me at 7:30 with the news.
Maybe I should have just gone down there. Dammit to hell.

I'm really sorry to read this. There's obviously so much more to this story. I don't believe UTI's and kidney stones are generally life threatening, but I could be wrong. They're definitely painful. Was the brain bleed related?
In any case, please accept my sincere condolences, Bret. Let us know if there is a go fund me or something similar for the family.

Both Justin and his SO, Erin, have been medically fragile. Justin was diagnosed with MS last year. I don't know how the brain bleed factored in, or how it was detected. The whole thing has been a confusing mess.
He was in his early 40s. Too young.
