We're expecting two snow storms, beginning this afternoon and again before the end of Monday, for a total of 4-8 inches. I'm happy the heating is mostly working. I need to go find the radiator key and bleed them out.

I am surprised the recent winds didn't knock this nest down. It's in my neighbor's yard about 50 feet from my house.

What do you mean MOSTLY working? Didn't you just get it repaired/replaced?

Just that the radiators need to be bled out. There is a little bit of clanging and occasional steam bursts.

Also on this date:
In 1777, Gen. George Washington’s army routed British troops in the Battle of Princeton, New Jersey.
In 1861, more than two weeks before Georgia seceded from the Union, the state militia seized Fort Pulaski at the order of Gov. Joseph E. Brown.

Looks like the lake effect storm we were warned about for yesterday has finally arrived.
