Good having a nice restaurant, a breakfast/lunch restaurant, OK pizza place, wine bar, brew pub and assorted other stuff in walking distance.
That is quite nice. We have a center of town, about two blocks away, with decent pizza, restaurants, and other shops too. The only issue is that the taxes in this town are a killer.
