Been a busy Monday. Goes to show you that the work doesn't just disappear because we're off for a few days. Just about caught up now.We didn't have as much of a backlog as I expected. I guess that's because agents also took some time off and didn't submit any requests. I'm guessing the workload will increase near the end of the week when stuff starts funneling in.
