Parking Ticket
-------------------------

I went to the shop the other day. I was only in there for about 5 minutes and when I came out, there was a damn traffic officer writing a parking ticket for over-running the meter.

So I went up to him and said,

"Come on, how about giving a man a break?"

He ignored me and continued writing the ticket.

So I called him a pencil-necked Nazi. He glared at me and started writing another ticket for also having parked partially on the pavement!!

So I called him a son of a mutant pig. He finished the second ticket and put it on the car with the first. Then he started writing a third ticket!!

This went on for about 20 minutes and the more I abused him, the more tickets he wrote. I didn't give a damn.

My car was parked around the corner...

I haven't looked for a new neurologist  yet and hopefully I won't have to, I think a GP and cardiologist should be enough.  As far as feeling better, I think I will just have to accept the fact that I am getting older.

CARTERSVILLE, Ga. (AP) — The former drummer for the Southern hard rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd, Robert Burns Jr., has died in a car crash in Georgia.

Georgia State Patrol spokeswoman Tracey Watson said Burns' vehicle went off a curve in a road near Cartersville just before midnight Saturday, striking a mailbox and a tree. Burns was killed in the wreck. He was 64.

The single-vehicle accident remains under investigation, and Watson said further details were not immediately available.

Burns, a drummer, was one of five musicians who founded the band in Jacksonville, Florida. While Burns was with the band, it recorded Sweet Home Alabama, Gimme Three Steps and Free Bird.

A bit late but here it is. He did great last night, cried for 20 min then didn't hear from him until we went out to the kitchen at 7AM. Gated in the kitchen with his crate door open and a sheet on the floor, peed on the sheet but didn't poop until I took him out at 7:00

I had to hide them, but as it was for a two year old, not much effort.

Who's the two year old?
My cousin's daughter.  Great parents but a little high strung.... need a crazy uncle to get the kid sugared up, buy loud toys and be an overall bad influence.

For example, the munchkin didn't even get an Easter basket.... until Uncle Dave came to the rescue.

Now I've got Tommy running through my brain.  Oh well, definitely could be worse things.
