Well, calling me a good guy might be a stretch.Interesting. When I go to cigarbanter.com with a browser on my computer, the site says I'm banned. Figured it might be because I had my VPN enabled, so turned it off. Still banned. Rebooted the computer. Still banned.Sorry bud. That's overzealous me banning IPs left and right for the trolls. It was only a matter of time before I would affect the good guys.

I could have just started trying other VPN servers around the world until I found one that passed through. Like now I'm connected through Canada. But I figured it was better to work out the solution properly.Why because he was still able to post from his phone?Interesting. I had originally banned a particular troll's IP addy. Then one day I noticed others with similar IPs so I banned everyone with the same first two octets.
