Post by: CigarBanter on March 13, 2015, 12:00:02 AM
HAPPY FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH!!!  Hopefully you'll get to start the weekend early.  Otherwise, perhaps some cigar deals will help ya get through to tomorrow.  Share what you know in this forum and perhaps learn something about cigars along the way.  Be warned, post on this site and you will catch hell from members and trolls alike.  Therefore, don't proceed if you have thin skin.  If you can accept all that, light a cigar, pour your favorite beverage and welcome aboard!

Good Advice
-------------------------

Man goes to see the Rabbi. "Rabbi, something terrible is happening and I have to talk to you about it."

The Rabbi asked, "What's wrong?"

The man replied, "My wife is poisoning me."

The Rabbi, very surprised by this, asks, "How can that be?"

The man then pleads, "I'm telling you, I'm certain she's poisoning me, what should I do?"

The Rabbi then offers, "Tell you what. Let me talk to her, I'll see what I can find out and I'll let you know."

A week later the Rabbi calls the man and says, "Well, I spoke to your wife. I spoke to her on the phone for three hours. You want my advice?"

The man anxiously says, "Yes."

"Take the poison," says the Rabbi.

Morning, Dean. I know how you feel, my cigar money is always at zero.
I shelled out a LOT of money this month between moving and everything. every bit of my savings is gone, but the nice part is I had it.

battery. they fully charged it, Jeep had no issues, tested starter, alternator, etc, checked and cleaned all connection, then dead, battery still tested good. took battery out with a full charge overnight, battery was about drained, computer diagnostic didn't pick it up. 22 month old battery. oh well.

There is an unscrupulous gun dealer that does that same thing but they take it a step further and show it back ordered after you pay.

Bastidges! CI did that to me when I ordered LAT Cracker Crumbs, I wonder if they do it to gauge interest?

What the gun dealer does is when they get a notice of a shipping date they sell them on an offer deal so as all are paid for before they have to pay for them.

I see. The problem with CI is that they sent a message saying if they don't ship by 3/14 they'll kill the order

Everybody but you bug out Dave?
Bunch of pu$$ies probably think they have to work.
We just like to give the impression of work to seem cool to everyone here.
Wrong impression technique.  Cool people are in Florida Kayaking for Pussy, not working where it snows. ;D
Secluded beaches on nearby islands, just watch out for sand crabs..

In 1962 - Lyman Lemnitzer, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of
Staff, delivers a proposal, called Operation Northwoods, regarding
performing terrorist attacks upon Guantánamo Bay Naval Base,
to Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara. The proposal is scrapped
and President John F. Kennedy removes Lemnitzer from his
position. ~ Someone fired that should have been.

Put in any acceptable bid and add to cart while you're logged in.  Log out and close browser.  Next time you open browser and log in it'll still be in your cart but adjusted to the lowest acceptable price automatically.

but I do have a BP card in my wallet, but lately I have been getting my gas

Or maybe Venezuelan Commie CITGO or Royal Dutch Shell?  Truth is the refineries buy crude from everybody and simply produce gasoline the same for all contracted retail brands then add the 3 drops of appropriate additives for each brands batches.  Chevron/Texaco is a California company so pretty commie in itself.

They loved me, really want me on board, only issue-the job desc wasn't 100% accurate in the sense that they want someone really technical, who will write code, not be a liaison between operations and IT(what I'm more familiar with).  They are keeping me on file and will let me know if something opens up, I'm still applying places.  Won't wait for them, but they are a great company.

I take the thoughts and dreams from operations, since they can't think creatively outside of the box of their own little world they live in, and develop/integrate it across a company wide platform and make sure everything works cohesively, regarding software and process   :D

"So, you take the specs from the customers to the engineers. Is that right?"  ;)

Hey, Shaun. It's Friday. You can start drinking at noon today... That's the rules.
I take the thoughts and dreams from operations, since they can't think creatively outside of the box of their own little world they live in, and develop/integrate it across a company wide platform and make sure everything works cohesively, regarding software and process   :D

Hey, Shaun. It's Friday. You can start drinking at noon today... That's the rules.
I take the thoughts and dreams from operations, since they can't think creatively outside of the box of their own little world they live in, and develop/integrate it across a company wide platform and make sure everything works cohesively, regarding software and process   :D
Yeah, I've given the same bullshit answer in interviews myself.  ;-)

Morning, muchachos.
Good thing you guys wouldn't interview with me....I have short tolerance for that BS.
Me too.  I've blown people up for it men when I was the interviewer.
Just to make them feel at ease?
Oh snap!
LALTS!!!

$4.70 per stick seems good.  Better than a B&M price.  I still have a couple of Vs in that vitola and should probably revisit one soon.  In general, Vs agree with my palate.

I haven't either. Just got a box from the auction site last week, but I know NJDave, Joe and Shaun have had some if not all by now since they got there's right around release. My searching around for their impressions is what prompted the idea. Not using the Calender for much other that bdays an the rare herf seemed like as good a place as any.

The format could work for anything though.

Phil Collins was made an honorary Texan.  Tex, what is wrong with your adopted home??
I like Phil Collins even though he is a commie.
Then you and Texas can have him.  Please keep him there.  Stick him out in Midland. I don't think there's any harm he can do out there.
Only if you promise to keep Bill Gates and family in Washington.

E-mail from the Celeb, big Oliva sale. Was hoping to see some V#4s, but no.

They do have the V Lanceros, box of 36, for 203.99.  $169.31 with CATSRULE.

That strike anyone as a deal, or no?

no.
Around 5/$25 FS on the mash last week, got some in the mail yesterday.

You didn't use a discount code, Tx?

Coulda been closer to $4 ea.
Only bought 5 so no code for $24.98 that I knew of and did not want 3.

I think $50 min. order is when the cpns are available... That 4 cents fvcked it all up. COMMIES!  ;D

Absolutely.  I really do have to change some stuff around and make it so that y'all can post reviews and make them easy to find.  I'm getting around to it.

You don't really want that. He's got so much money he can buy minions to destroy the world.  If we make him get on an airplane on a regular basis, the odds go up that he'll die in a crash.

"According to Douglas Hines, Roxxxy garnered about 4,000 pre-orders shortly after its AEE reveal in 2010. However, to date, no actual customers have ever surfaced with a Roxxxy doll, and the public has remained skeptical that any commercial Roxxxy dolls have ever been produced."

Actually, they were produced, but owners complained they were charging up credit cards, crashing the car, and calling at work.  So they were returned to the factory.
