Morning, all. Happy PayDayThursday.Good morning, LTG.
Lots of work stuff going on today. Gotta get prepped for a big meeting in just about an hour. You'll be on your own for a bit, @LuvTooGolf.I can handle it, I'm not scared. Nope, not scared at all.
Morning, all. Happy PayDayThursday.Oh....I guess it's in the mail....
Went out to dinner at a buffet last night for my youngest's birthday, since it's her favorite place. They've switched to using plastic plates now, which I assume is because they don't want to be washing plates anymore. Wonder if that will be a permanent change?Or can't find people to do it...
WM Phoenix Open starts today, which is probably my favorite tournament outside of the majors. I got a chance to play the course many moons ago when my sister lived in Phoenix and I loved it. Even though I wore a visor in the summer and scorched the top of my head something fierce. I just wasn't prepared for that level of sunlight. That's only because you haven't played the Walker Course yet... ;)

Not really, no. If I did, it would only have 2 courses on it, Pebble Beach and the Old Course at St Andrews. @BretWell, if you want a jet-powered bicycle, it's your God-given right to have one. I guess I start asking "why?" sooner than some, even though I know the answer is "Murica." And that's a fine answer, to be sure.

Having shot the .460 and the .500, and even a .308 handgun, I can tell you that it is a profound experience. I can also say that, for me at least, it wasn't necessarily a pleasant experience - with the exception of the .308 which was a bolt-action silhouette gun. That was fun to shoot. But the revolvers? Not so much.
But that's me. Everyone else should follow their particular bliss.
