It's a cigar that grows on you. Charter Oak Connecticut Toros left the WHNeeds rest for sure, but definitely has potential. Does not smoke like a typical Connecticut, but little strength with full flavors. Excellent construction burn ash draw.I've only smoked a few but did enjoy them.
