Continuing with the Mutual of Omaha Wild Kingdom Episodes:

Major standoff between a Blue Heron and an Egret, the Blue Heron is a much larger bird but the Egret is certainly standing his ground.  They stood motionless staring at each other for well over 5 minutes.

We tried to buy a house on St Helena Island but just could not make the deal, almost a year later they sold it for less than our offer.

On this date...in 1959...Category 4 Hurricane Gracie made landfall at Saint Helena Island, SC with max sustained winds near 140 mph producing extensive damage from wind and surge!

SORRY ….  Reviews say it's a fun gun to have, but not for defense...  You have to open the barrows with your knee, and the shells do not eject and are hard to get out....  I don't think so for $400... oops.

Stodgier makes quality guns but it will likely never go up a penny in value, just becomes another used gun so don’t count on that perk.

Over/Unders are for bird hunting and skeet shooting.  Pumps and a few very expensive autos are for defense.   Those stoeger O/U’s are generally bought for folks that can’t pump a shotgun for some physical reason, in that case it is a reasonable alternative.

Well, the weather is just right to turn the attic fan on low....  Light the anti-wife candles, and fire up a Sucker Punch ...  And I bet everyone thought I was going to say Acid, right...    :)   I also have a brand new bottle of Knob Creek Rye that I'm going to try for the first time...
