Sorry, thought I answered yesterday.  Was very pleased with it.  Coffee and chocolate with a general sweetness.  Not knock you over your head strong.  First impressions were very good.

Do you include carrots and peas?

I didn't. I usually do include the carrots but never add the peas. I've had it that way and it's fine but it wasn't how mamma made it.

I didn't have an Italian mama. We're mostly Scots-Irish. It was my wife that taught me to love carrots and peas with pasta. And she ain't got an Italian bone in her body. Go figger.

I love veggies with a lot of pasta dishes, just not with Bolognese sauce.  Save it for the Puttanesca.

Love me some Puttanesca.

Well it's been good for me. Too early to say but I had a very positive interview. With the upcoming holiday, I may not know how good for a while.
