Up early to catch the U.S. ladies play some soccer.
Another exciting TIE..... ::)
In soccer, it's called a draw. ;)

Besides, there would've been a moment of US panic there at the end, as Portugal hit the crossbar in stoppage time and nearly sent the US team home.
Yea, but it was 0-0 so it's like it didn't even happen.  How can you get credit for a game where no-one scores?
No Clemson football game ever ended in a tie?
Actually 44 of them (out of 1274).  Last was in 1991.  We have moved on from that sister kissing silliness.

A quick Google search says this has happened at least twice. Assuming the games actually took place, since there was no scoring. ;)
Those were back before it was really football.

Soccer isn't for everyone. Though, it's the most popular sport in the world, so it must be doing something right.

I'll take a 0-0 soccer draw over beating a cupcake 63-0 any day.

No, drinking is the most popular sport.  They just do it during all the down time at a soccer match.

That was the last one I saw as well, as far as the 0-0 variety go.

Oh please, football is just as bad with that. An NFL game (which doesn't take nearly as much time as a college game these days) is almost always over 3 hours, despite only 60 minutes on the game clock. And of that 60 minutes, the ball in actually in play an average of 18 minutes. So don't give me the downtime argument.
