Afternoon, KC.  Still got grand kids/baby living with you or have they all moved out?  Or are they never going to move out?

Cynthia got her own place back last October.  Flossie's BOTL Ray had a huge townhouse go vacant unexpectedly, and gave her a great deal on the place.  No first, last, and security, just the 1st month's rent.  Worked out great.  We still do daycare for Valentina though.
