Went for some Texas barbecue tonight at a place called Hill Country in Manhattan.  The food is real good but the service was lacking.  It's not so much that they were bad but more confused.  Anyhoo, had some Shiner Ruby Redbird to accompany my moist brisket.  Not the best beer I had in the last couple of days but it went well with the food.

Ten Commandments
-------------------------

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
courthouse is this:

You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt Not Commit
Adultery," and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of lawyers, judges and
politicians...

It creates a hostile work environment.

I like some Shiners but not Ruby.

Place sounds authentic as bad service is pretty common with Hill Country BBQ.
