I have been but rentals are scarce. 2000 power plant employees here now for the next two years. what is available is expensive. smowbirds have no place here either, all the rv parks are full.

Certainly looks that way.  Was able to fill up the bike yesterday no waiting, but this morning I'm seeing a lot of local stations out of gas again.

FEMA assholes have placed (Paid For!) about 50,000 refugees in "transitional housing" (hotel rooms) in TX and it certainly has changed the demographics of this hotel (which I have to pay for out if my pocket) over the weekend.  "Transitional Housing" (FREE Housing) can last for months!
