Perhaps I can help.
Step 1: Disable all caps text feature.
Step 2: Go to newdamnphone.com and select the "I'm old, WTF" tab.
Step 3: Scroll down to the "Intuitive menu" selection, click that.
Step 4: Wonder why the "intuitive menu" is anything but intuitive.
Step 5: Return phone to place of purchase, swap for a flip phone.
