The turkey is prepared by my mother-in-law, then baked and basted by me.  I'm also making brie en croute and bacon wrapped dates as part of the appetizer offering.  And a couple of side dishes; sweet potato casserole, cheesy mashed potatoes, and a mixed green salad.

Hope you get to have more than just the salad, Tony... but since you're the cook, you could probably just 'taste' enough without having to actually put it on a plate.
