I can't seem to get this to work.  If I log on with http://www.cigarsinternational.com/freesh4b and do not apply the code fresh4b it does not remove the shipping cost.  If I log on with http://www.cigarsinternational.com/freesh4b and apply fresh4b it accepts the code but still does not remove the shipping cost.  If I just log onto http://www.cigarsinternational.com normally, apply the fresh4b code, it accepts the code, but still does not remove the shipping cost.

It's fair, and they're applying the 10% to them.  I just picked up a box for $135.
