SHEESH, this is prime fishing season and can’t even get to my boat because the road is flooded.Well, a Cat 1 storm that wouldn't move, and dumped up to 40" of rain on a relatively small location.

I'll shoot up I95 and jump over to I81 south of Washington.I'll bring one of my kayaks.Borrow a boat.I know, everything is open, everyplace has flood warnings.sheesh. guess it doesn't matter what route I take up north, there's heavy rain and flooding from the coast west to Texas.I-95 is back open through both N.C. and SC
