the RV park is officially sold. although I was told the new owners are from NJ, they had Tenn plates on the car. they take over Jan 1. no major changes other than they want to bring in a few park models for rental units.

My wife works retail, and for the past 3 months she's been getting training in food preparation.  What temperature should food be stored at, how long to cook food to destroy all germs, how often to clean food counters, how to handle food utensils, how to clean food surfaces, and etc...  They don't serve cooked food... I can only figure it has some thing to do with them selling bread, frozen pizzas, and ice cream...?
