Interesting reading legal opinions and comments that taking the 5th in a civil trial is different than in a criminal trial and can be considered as a negative in deliberations (whereas in criminal cases it is supposed to be totally disregarded in deliberation).

He already moved it and is currently removing the tile that was under it. I suggested a place to stow it in the living room when he got here, I guess he didn't feel like moving it that far? He clearly knows what he's doing.
