New A/C was acting up today and it isn't even that hot. But I thought about it and think I've figured out the problem...

The filter was pretty banged up from all the construction dust. Especially while they were taking down the masonry walls. The a/c return isn't too far from where they were working.

That definitely looks a little clogged. Lol

All that in one month.

He came down into the basement into one of the windowsills, which is his normal go-to when someone comes over he doesn't know. Now he's gone to his backup plan, which is to crawl up into the bottom of the recliner that's down here. That's Defcon 3 for him.

Thunderstorms don't seem to bother him too much. Fireworks are probably Defcon 2. For those, he goes straight for under the recliner at the beginning. Once he realizes he's not going to die, it's mostly just running around the living room a lot. Lol
