I'm currently at the doctor's for a follow up. My blood pressure was 130 over 80. I've only ever tested normal. This getting old thing SUCKS.

So is it just a plain black tea then? Orange pekoe is a grading system for the leaves used.

We're waiting for the results but the doctor is more concerned about my cholesterol. She says as long as the bottom number doesn't go over 80, we're good.

Pretty sure Orange Pekoe is what Lipton is.
