I made a bunch of chicken in the slow cooker and it's perfect for pulling. But then again I have a package of chopped meat that if I don't use today, I will need to freeze. I'll have to keep you posted as to my final decision. Either way, tacos will be had.
My anticipation levels are high.
Then let me quickly quell them. We're going to my mother-in-law's for dinner so Taco Tuesday has been cancelled here.

The beef went into the freezer, dinner at mother-in-law's was postponed until tomorrow, therefore, we went with chicken tacos. They were amazing.
