Speaking of fried meat, I was at a small local market last week, and imagine my surprise when they had Taylor ham in the refrigerated section. I almost bought it, but it was the kind in the small bag, and that bag was $11. But I'm hopeful this means maybe it will start to become more common in the midwest.

So here is something interesting about jam items... It appears you can only keep them in your cart for 15 minutes now. Therefore, if you are interested in something, don't wait to pull the trigger at the end of the day.

I may have jumped the gun on this assumption. Turns out I wasn't logged in to CI. It may be that the 15 minutes only applies to users that are "guests". I guess I will find out shortly when I don't pull the trigger on these Ave Marias. I shall keep you posted.

It has been more than 20 minutes and the cigars are still in my cart at the same price. New deal is up so I believe it is safe to say that as long as you are logged in, you are ok to leave them there until the end of the day.

Haven't tried too many of the flavored ones. After all, I'm not Hawaiian.  But about once a year I will buy a case at Costco. I believe it is just the plain or perhaps 25% less sodium variety. In any case, those 8-10 cans last us all year.

I've only had the regular, hickory and bacon. I thought I'd like the bacon one more than I did. It was just ok.
