Longest day (daylight) of the year, make the best of it boys!
Morning, Daves. Going to an independent league baseball game with my dad and grandpa tonight, as part of their Father's Day gifts. There's a team near where my parents live - small stadium, doesn't even have any outfield seating, but my dad has been there before, and it's apparently a good time. Seats are first row behind home plate, and since it's an independent league, the tix were only $13. Lol. Also, it's $1 dog night. Gonna bring some Tums, as well.

...
Today's Highlights in History:

In 1954, the American Cancer Society presented a study to the American Medical Association meeting in San Francisco which found that men who regularly smoked cigarettes died at a considerably higher rate than non-smokers.
Notice they said nothing about cigars?

That wouldn't fit well into their narrative.
