It's a touch early, but Accuweather shows 61 and cloudy that Friday.

They won't be happy until they lose every customer.

It sounds kinda like replacing highly paid management with younger people who only expect half the salary. Once they get rid of everyone who expects great deals, then they'll have a whole new set of customers who don't know what great deals look like. Hello, higher prices.

I'm sure I'll be on the phone with them another time or two before this simple issue is resolved. The good thing is I wasn't left on hold forever, and they spoke English.
