The fridget temps are most concerning. We have lost heating and cooling coils through leaky air dampers etc. In the past.
best to stay on top of it. don't want the snowflake students to get cold.
Yeah we all know how that generation operates. Here in Buffalo and I'm sure all over there is a shortage of people in skilled trades.
Amen, skilled tradesmen are getting scarcer by the day and most of the younger ones don’t want to work anyway.  And yes, it is everywhere!  We have a very nice Regional Technical College here and still don’t have anywhere near enough skilled workers.

They don’t always switch them out at midnight anymore, those were on there late yesterday afternoon and available then.

Talk about a Happy Ending, this is a Happy Ending but unfortunately one survived.

3 dead after East Houston home invasion triggers shootout

Three men are dead and a fourth was injured after an East End homeowner opened fire in self defense during an apparent home invasion early Saturday, authorities said.

One of the alleged robbers died at the scene. Two others fled in a vehicle before hitting a pole two blocks away; one man was found dead in the vehicle, and the other collapsed one block away. He was transported to the hospital, where he died.

Police said the homeowner was not hurt.
