It's hit or miss this time of year. Last year, it was perfectly pleasant. 2019, it was hot like an oven. Oh well, it's for a good cause, and I could stand to sweat off a couple pounds of water weight. LolAnd now the forecast for Saturday is showing high of 91, which should be fun for my Parrothead 5k. My middle kid did a couple of them with me prior to covid. She did mention wanting to do this one, but only half-heartedly, since she's not really into running now that she's a teenager. Explaining to her how it would likely be hot and steamy for the run sealed the deal for her saying no.
