nice little turn out for the funeral yesterday. celebration on life afterwards not so much. it was held outside in a pavillion with no air movement and 99° in the shade.

I broke one of my personal rules the other day and it came back to bite me in the ass. 'friends and family make poor business partners'. a close friend offered to sell me the mate to my kayak. I was promised I could pick it up this morning. I was surpised when I got a text yesterday that she sold it to someone else yesterday. 😡 my own fault. most people have no idea about character.

it was during the funeral. I just 'winged' it. people were surprised how well I knew her in such a short time. there was alot of crying.
