Glad to hear it. So why are the new owners moving?

They are recently retired and one daughter lives here and another planning to move here so they moved here about a year ago.

Are they currently renting?

Yes, they moved here about a year ago and rented to give themselves time to see what areas they were interested in.  The house they are renting is just a few blocks away.

Ahhhh, that makes sense. I figured either that or they just wanted a pool really badly.

Another 100 degree day ahead for us.

going to be pushing 100° here too today.

I am watching fishing and they are in Yankeetown.

is it telecast live? doesn't seem too busy on the Follow That Dream highway. Father's Day is usually mobbed at the end of the road unless they are in the canal or Withlacoochee River.

last year I was in NY to see both daughters and 3 grandchildren, year before my youngest came down here. this year we are together in spirit.
my oldest daughter Sarah and grandkids, Braden, Lindey, and Avery the little one.

Not live, most of those shows are actually filmed the year before but this particular show has done several,trips  in the Yankeetown area.

Yes, it is pretty nice. Had a bit of settling with the pool, will have to drain come fall and re-level.

I fucked up, got in a hurry, the tiller about killed me, read the level wrong, said screw it, so I'll have to fix it come fall. will have to be moved anyway when I start the deck, no gazebo, will just put the screen house on it.
