we've had 7 days straight in the mid 90's and yesterday it finally hit 100°. another mid 90's day today. not as bad as Vegas though.Yeah, Nevada and Arizona are July hot already. We have hit 98 but overall much cooler than normal May & June. 91 is supposed to be our hottest day this week.

Yes, I'm doing it now. I put the Sea Salt onto one side of the steak for 1 1/2 hours and then washed it off. The meat seem to be breaking down as in the video. I'm waiting for the potatoes to finish baking on the grill, then I'll throw the steaks on. I washed and seasoned the steaks, but did not salt them, thinking the pre-salting may be enough or too much salt already.Jack seasoned his and I'm assuming he used salt. Are you doing this, as we speak? I'm interested in trying it.I washed the salt off of the steaks, but now I'm worried they may be too salty. I seasoned them, but no salt...Hope they on't fall through the grill. Gotta fire up the grill to get then rub the ribs. That is nice. I plan to be there by September 2017 at the very latest. Warden has to work unti Late July 2017. Here's the results of putting the Sea Salt onto the steaks. We started out with two strip steaks. I believe the label just said strip and not New York. I'm very glad I did not include salt when I seasoned the steak after washing the sea salt off. I could taste the salt. I like salt so I'm not going to say it was salty, but I will say I could tell it had salt on it. About 87% of my steak was tender. Not melt in your mouth tender. My wife liked it, and we both ate all of out steak. If I had bought an expensive cut of steak, I don't think I would have done it. It was certainly not luxury accommodations when I stayed there post Hugo but does look nicer now./It was pretty well wiped out by Hugo as well ,We were sick about the way it looked only thing left at the time was the tower ,But they have changed owners several times and really rebuilt nicelyI know exactly where Litchfield Inn is, stayed there for a conference one time when I worked in SC 15 years ago./I am closer to the Litchfield Inn if You know where that is on Norris Drive behind Litchfield Fish HouseMy sons office was in Pawleys for a while, near the Lowes Grocery Sore. He moved up to Surfside Beach in February./Yes sir been years for 20 years except for 9 month Hugo rebuildTourists ::)/So far it seems to have worked out thar way,But I think You are on an incline and safe from floods,Me I am dead on sea level except for dunes that visitors keep walking on , can not seem to read signs that ask keep off dunesShould be a lot of rain and a little wind for this one but if track is not more accurate than Bonnie was it might hit me not you./Just replaced the roof and storm shutters if the wind doesn't get too high I will smoke right thru it on the porch away from the ocean out of the wind and rainAfternoon Short Stack, late night Beaner. Did not know they were all condos now. I have stayed at that Hampton Inn across the road a couple of times.
