Just had a bird fly into the sliding glass door on the back of the house and is currently out cold on my patio. That's a less positive sign.

Out cold or broken neck and kerput?

It was definitely out cold, but still breathing. Then it managed to sit up, while it tried to shaje off the cobwebs. Hopped around for a bit, then around the corner out of sight. So while it hasn't taken to the air yet, looks like it's gonna be ok. So the signs are once again turning positive.

Until a stray cat nabs it.
