Not surprised Spokane made the list. I'm sure most of their incidents are attributable to people under the influence. I've never seen a population so inclined to drive completely drunk.

Probably can't tell from the photo but that t-bone was over 3 inches thick before it hit the grill. Just resting it now until it reaches 130°.
