Enough. Finished up some cooking and it ran a little late, but all done.
I see. We had 2 Thanksgivings one with Ham and one with Turkey so are going with a standing rib roast for Christmas. What is on your menu?
Well, Christmas eve is ham, mac & cheese, pierogie, various salads and sides, pickled herring. Christmas day starts with breakfast casserole then later, turkey with thanksgiving like sides. I buy the pierogie and herring and provide the location, my mother and daughter do the rest. My brother and his family are out of town this Christmas. We usually do Christmas eve and they do Christmas day.
