Back a few years ago, I went over to my neighbors house.(She was a blonde), and for some reason she was mad at the world. She had locked herself in the bathroom and was threatening suicide.

It is Mardi Gras Season and I was just reminiscing and revered about 4 years ago when I worked in our MO office I today a non-murican bitch that grew up in Louisiana Happy Fat Tuesday and she filed a grievance against me for calling her fat and insulting her in front of others. State Superior Court Judge Donna Taylor ruled in favor of the Golden Nugget casino in its dispute with 14 gamblers who say it was not there fault the cards were not shuffled and should be allowed to keep their winnings.
A mini-baccarat game is where the trouble started in April 2012. The casino was using decks of cards that paid a manufacturer to pre-shuffle, but the deck at hand was not shuffled. Once the gamblers realized the cards were not shuffled, they increased their bets from $10 to $5,000 and proceeded to win 41 straight hands.
Judge Taylor said the games were illegal under state law because they did not conform to the state's gambling regulations.
"The dealer did not pre-shuffle the cards immediately prior to the commencement of play, and the cards were not pre-shuffled in accordance with any regulation," the judge wrote. "Thus, a literal reading of the regulations ... entails that the game violated the (Casino Control) Act, and consequently was not authorized."
The Golden Nugget casino bought what were supposed to be pre-shuffled cards from a Kansas City Manufacturer. The manufacturer did acknowledge it failed to shuffle the cards. The litigation between the manufacturer and the casino was resolved, but a confidentiality agreement prevents details from being revealed.

A New Jersey judge ordered the return of $1.5 million to a casino from gamblers who won at a table game after realizing the cards had not been shuffled.
State Superior Court Judge Donna Taylor ruled in favor of the Golden Nugget casino in its dispute with 14 gamblers who say it was not there fault the cards were not shuffled and should be allowed to keep their winnings.
A mini-baccarat game is where the trouble started in April 2012. The casino was using decks of cards that paid a manufacturer to pre-shuffle, but the deck at hand was not shuffled. Once the gamblers realized the cards were not shuffled, they increased their bets from $10 to $5,000 and proceeded to win 41 straight hands.
Judge Taylor said the games were illegal under state law because they did not conform to the state's gambling regulations.
"The dealer did not pre-shuffle the cards immediately prior to the commencement of play, and the cards were not pre-shuffled in accordance with any regulation," the judge wrote. "Thus, a literal reading of the regulations ... entails that the game violated the (Casino Control) Act, and consequently was not authorized."
The Golden Nugget casino bought what were supposed to be pre-shuffled cards from a Kansas City Manufacturer. The manufacturer did acknowledge it failed to shuffle the cards. The litigation between the manufacturer and the casino was resolved, but a confidentiality agreement prevents details from being revealed.
I like this article. If I was the winner, my only question would be, "is it possible, no matter how extreme the odds, to shuffle a deck of card back into it's original position...?"

Not sure what they have there, but you may want to look for Casa Fernandez, Emilio, Room 101, RoMa Craft (especially Intemperance and Aquitaine), Aging Room (although not a real favorite of mine), Paul Garmirian, JdN Cabinetta, and of course Curivari.
I'm not sure either. they were closed last Sunday when I showed up. there's quite a few of the Room 101 series I haven't had. not since GregFish introduced them to me years ago. whatever trips my trigger when I get there. not sure how long the biker lady will want to hang out, she's a non-smoker but doesn't complain about smokers.
I listed all those and will let you know what I end up with. thank you.

I recognize she is talented but it's definitely not my kind of music. Her vibrato/runs are both impressive and annoying. More the latter.

But the notion of two people with no respect left for each other sticking around just so there are two parents in the house, I'll confess, I don't get that one. I know the religious views that kind of thinking is often attributed to, but both Catholics and Protestants focus on the redemption of the marriage. When it's come to mutual misery-making, the religious requirements have already broken down. Then it's just about the money.
And...I dunno...I'm obviously Lucky Raz in that the Warden and I still like each other after nearly 26 years, and I still like to see her nekkid...but were it not so I'm thinking I could live quite nicely on the streets if it meant I didn't have to endure the misery.
But we all see the world differently.

No I haven't, told myself not to until I saw the surgeon yesterday and he said my incision had healed well so it was basically self imposed. Weather is now freezing so it'll probably be next week before I burn one.
