Substantial changes in the track for TS Harvey bringing it onshore in the Corpus Cristi Area as a Cat 1 Hurricane then after moving inshore it will stall and drop heavy rain over south central Texas for 1-3 days.  This could mean a foot or more of rain for the San Antonio and Austin metro areas.
