Good morning Tony, Dean, and Dave. Plastic bag ban in place at most supermarkets starting today.
Welcome to Austin.  Their ban here was shot down by the Texas Supreme Court.  I no longer shop there so not sure what the situation is today.
I have no problem believing any part of that story.
