Real Estate agent called me last night and he has found us another condo that is not actually on the market but owner would like to sell it.  One floor straight above the other one, same layout and in excellent condition.

Another morning head spinner:  This one costs $10k more than the other one but is is actually $10k cheaper.

1st day in 3 or 4 weeks I have awakened with no tooth pain!  PTL, Potent antibiotics went to work fast.

Shoulder is not painless yet but certainly better.

Christie shuts down state government

Gov. Chris Christie at the stroke of midnight Friday ordered a state government shutdown after last-ditch efforts to reach a compromise with Democrats who control the New Jersey Legislature on funding a new state budget failed.

"This order is necessary to maintain the protection, safety and well-being of the people of New Jersey while I attempt to convince the Legislature to send me a fiscally responsible budget that I can sign and re-open New Jersey's government, " said Christie.

Sheesh, I always liked browsing the frozen food isle in grocery stores to see nipples. Now women want to hide them, WHY?
