yep, no dust yet. been at the lake. landlady looks DAMN good.
Film at 11?
never brought the phone Mike. but God she has a nice tight young body on her.

large supreme pizza and pasta and meatballs ordered. 1 pound of penne with red sauce and meatballs are a free promotional item, what the hell, free food and pay for the pizza.
Gonna loose your girlish figure eating all that food and again with all the food talk!
I've lost almost 23# since the split Mike. looking pretty good for an old man if I do say so myself.
I found your 23lbs if you're looking for it, Deano.  I've grown attached to it but I'll part with it, for you.

In other terms, I'm almost down 2 notches on the belt.  I can do 2 notches but it's just a little too tight, especially if I sit down. So you might be carrying some of my weight, too.
That would take a load off.
Did you just call Will a load?
Never met him. Wouldn't recognize him without his paper bag and Jets jersey.
Fair enough.  But you do agree Will is full of shit?

Easy Computer Fix
-------------------------

I received this from a CEO that I worked with a few years back. He doesn't want to admit it but I think this is his true experience.

I was having trouble with my computer so I called Richard, the 11 year
old next door whose bedroom looks like Mission Control, and asked him
to come over.

Richard clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.

As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong?'

He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'

I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An ID ten T
error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'

Richard grinned. 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?'

'No,' I replied.

'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.’

So I wrote down: I D 1 0 T

I used to like the little sh*t

Amazing final round. Agreed, one of the best finishes ever.
Excellent finish though I thought Fowler and Mick should have made Rory wait, where's the gamesmanship? It's a Major for god's sake don't make it easier on him
Let's face it, if you were Rory with 18" left to putt, you would have called it and waited till the next day.
I was sitting poolside with a cigar and a beer....what is this golf you speak of?
Commie!
Takin' it easy on me for a Monday morning?  ....or saving yourself for Tuesday?
A bit of both I suppose
Just in too good a mood after too good a weekend.  Don't worry, it will pass soon enough.

Good point, you could probably withstand about anything.  I'm sure the bar and cigars are ready for loading.  Stock up on the other varieties for the BILs?

Thanks for the offer. The Cafe con Leches always go so high on the bid, the jam price is crazy-good for a cigar they have no problem selling near full price. I have a box of Tat Havana VI Angeles coming today or tomorrow from Famous bid, I like that particular size in that series

Dave, if you see it in your travels pick up a Stone RuinTen IPA. Tried it this weekend at Joe's suggestion and it was great, all depends what you look for in an IPA of course but it's a new favorite

Morning, Tony.  Hope the little one had a great b-day.  Wackette turned two on Friday but that's a nice age where you do a little something for her, but she doesn't really understand what's going on other than the fact that the world is focused on her just a little more than usual.

Nice thing about this site is PM's pop up on my phone/mail and also display at the top of the page.  Got it thanks.

I think you can set CI's PMs to go to email, too... I never did.

Also - Dan is tentatively on for Monday at Churchills.  'Tentatively' because he usually says 'yes' and finds an excuse afterward.
My buddy Dan will be there for me!

Good morning, Joe.

Morning, Tony.  Hope the little one had a great b-day.  Wackette turned two on Friday but that's a nice age where you do a little something for her, but she doesn't really understand what's going on other than the fact that the world is focused on her just a little more than usual.
My eldest is very cool.  It really wasn't a me me me kinda thing with her.  We often watch a flea market flip show on HGTV so she wanted to go to a huge flea market in Connecticut yesterday.  She wanted/purchased $16 worth of stuff.  The wife, on the other hand, had more expensive tastes.  It was a cool day though.

Hey Joe, did you happen to see the ceremony honoring Paul O'Neill's induction into monument park?

I didn't unfortunately.  I did catch Jeter's hit to pass Honus Wagner.  I would've thought that Bernie would've gotten a monument before O'Neill but they didn't ask me.  Had some unscheduled in-law visits this week, been a little hectic.

I saw him tie Wagner live, the night before.  But here's what I was referring to:

They'll be here through next weekend, when the service will be held.  I believe my BIL will also be down next weekend so it'll be a total circus.  Trying hard to keep the focus on the boy since he starts kindergarten Thursday.  We'd built up a special weekend just for him - school supply shopping, lunch at his favorite restaurant, etc., all with his sister staying home with my brother - so he's a little confused with the whirlwind of activity.  O'well, life happens.

Hey there, Scott.  I'd just PM ya my weekend my beer recap but I'll post it here since they're equally private.

Stone RuinTen - possibly a new favorite IPA
Founders Breakfast Stout - good, but did not live up to expectations I'd set for it.  There are other coffee/chocolate beers I've enjoyed more.  I prefer the Founders Imperial Stout to this one.
Mother Earth SinTax - always a favorite, though the Horny Goat has better PB/Chocolate flavors
Lagunitas Night Time Ale - ordinary dark ale.  Nothing I'd look to repurchase.
Stone IPA - funny how boring the 'standard' stuff can taste once you start dabbling with their smaller production beers.

Yes.  Higher ABV with the Horny Goat, so better 'value' there, at least with regards to the 1,000 calories each contain, haha.  BB has really good PB flavors but I really don't like heavy beers with low ABV.  Not that I'm necessarily trying to get drunk, but if you're gonna down all that beer ya may as well get a little buzz from it, ya know?  Plus the BB is kinda expensive.  SinTax is cheaper here.

PM (at this site), Jersey/Travellin Dave.
Nice thing about this site is PM's pop up on my phone/mail and also display at the top of the page.  Got it thanks.
And despite popular opinion, I can't see everyone's PMs.
Such bullshit!

I never liked the Stone IPA, it kept me from diving deeper with their stuff until recently. The RuinTen is outstanding though IMO

The regular Stone IPA was oddly sweet in comparison to the RuinTen.

Was that a good thing or a bad one. Morning Joe - PFDT

Visit for unfortunate reasons.  Lifelong friend of theirs passed away.  Kids are happy to have them back already, since they were just here a week ago.  Morning, Mike!
Sorry to hear it.  Have they gone back already or still with you?

They'll be here through next weekend, when the service will be held.  I believe my BIL will also be down next weekend so it'll be a total circus.  Trying hard to keep the focus on the boy since he starts kindergarten Thursday.  We'd built up a special weekend just for him - school supply shopping, lunch at his favorite restaurant, etc., all with his sister staying home with my brother - so he's a little confused with the whirlwind of activity.  O'well, life happens.
lil' Wacky starting school?  Say it ain't so!

Indeed... crazy.  Probably gonna be rougher on the wackette without big brother at daycare with her.
Better on the wallet though!

Hi there, Mark.
Hey Tony.  Guess what, we just started a weight loss contest here at work.  Six of us in at $20 ea, runs until Thanksgiving.  No cigars involved with this one, just the $$.  I've gained 15 of the 20 lbs I lost last summer back, so figured it was time to get back on the wagon.

Can't say I ever cared much for them.  Tried them when they were first released and had no interest in a revisit.
As with most Oliva, construction is solid, just wasn't an enjoyable flavor profile for me.

The only time I lost was when I had the pancreas thing. Dropped 30lb. in 9 days. But, I was dying. I'm glad that shit went away. I'm back to my svelte 35 lbs over weight!

@NJDave: I saw the new offering but I'm curious about where you are with the Saisons?
Can't say I ever cared much for them.  Tried them when they were first released and had no interest in a revisit.
As with most Oliva, construction is solid, just wasn't an enjoyable flavor profile for me.
Thanks, brother.  Well said.

I'm back home nutless enjoying leftover pizza and thinking about what cigar I want to smoke after.
Don't forget to mark your days off your countdown calendar.
fuck that. I know my last day of work is the 22nd and I leave the 27th.
Yea, but the other day using fishmath, you added an extra day.  Just want to make sure you are there on time for that stage out of town.
you're right, what was I thinking. got my calendar alarm set for August 27th, 4:45am.

Raz, it's around the corner. I keep wishing someone will buy it. I got some info from KC. Is not a very good deal, and not good for long drives. I am interested in getting one soon.

Sportster?  Yeah, OK for around town, but I'd recommend something more suitable for all day touring.

Yes.  And frankly, anything you can do around town on a Sporty you can do equally well on a big twin - except outrun cops.

Still, I shake my head at folks who say they want a bike suitable for all day touring when they've never spent a day on two wheels.  An entire day on two wheels is a far different experience than a couple hours, and it is NOT the experience people imagine.
