Last week, CIGAR.com embarked on the task of upgrading our warehouse management systems. This effort was to improve upon our ability to go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service for years to come. As a top-tier purveyor of premium cigars, we take pride in working with discerning aficionados who demand the utmost quality and service.
In the spirit of full disclosure, we recently discovered an issue with our new software that was causing orders to get hung up in the system. Over the past few days we were unable to provide any insight into an order’s status, causing vague responses to inquiries. These recent events certainly were not our intention.
The good news is that we have identified the issue and it is being resolved. While we are still behind in shipping, I can assure you we are doing everything to get orders on their way. In other good news, we’re committed to keeping the lines of communication open. We’re going to touch base with you every day until we know that your package is on the way.
