In order to be a visual witness they pretty well had to be in the car so there is pretty much only the question of which "witness" pulled the trigger.  Was rather husband or her boyfriend the witness?

Probably so because ATT has already decided to phase out Uverse since the coverage areas are so small and the cost of expansion is so expensive.  Only reason we have it was they used a scum contractor to install their underground infrastructure when they developed my neighborhood in the 60's and the outages were out of control and they had to replace most of it anyway so put in Uverse.
