Actually saw the new member last night and immediately recognized it was a bot. Instead of deleting it, I banned its IP address. That usually works well but this particular one changed its IP and posted something anyway.

We are. It's actually in Ashland, that's the main one, about an hour away. The Norton one is a newer location, but we've never been there.
