The other ball is superfluous.

The herf was great.  Always fun having cigars and libations with botl.  NJDave and Fish are way too generous.

Ten years ago: A Nigerian jetliner crashed while landing in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, killing all but two of the 110 people on board. A U.N. conference on global warming ended in Montreal with an agreement by more than 150 nations (not including the United States) to open talks on mandatory post-2012 reductions in greenhouse gases. Chief U.N. nuclear inspector Mohamed ElBaradei (ehl-BEHR'-uh-day) accepted the Nobel Peace Prize. Former Sen. Eugene McCarthy, 89, died in Washington. Actor-comedian Richard Pryor, 65, died in Encino, California. Reggie Bush was named winner of the Heisman Trophy (however, Bush forfeited the trophy in 2010 because of improper benefits he'd received while a star running back at Southern California).

Cave Drawings
-------------------------

It was considered a unique find and the writings were said to be at least Three thousand years old!
The piece of stone was removed, brought to the museum, and archaeologists from around the world came to study the ancient symbols.
They held a huge Meeting after months of conferences to discuss the meaning of the markings.
The President of the society pointed to first drawing and said: "This is a Woman. We can see these people held women in high esteem. You can also tell they were intelligent, as the next symbol is a donkey, so they were smart enough to have animals help them till the soil. The next drawing is a shovel, which means they had tools to help them."

Even further proof of their high intelligence is the fish which means that if a famine hit the earth and food didn't grow, they seek food from the sea. The last symbol appears to be the Star of David which means they were evidently Hebrews.

The audience applauded enthusiastically.

Then a little old Jewish man stood up in the back of the room and said, "Idiots, Hebrew is read from right to left...... It says: 'Holy Mackerel Dig the Ass on that Chick.' "

Anyone else here watch Jessica Jones? We finished it up last night, and in the last episode or the second-to-last one, there was a club owner sitting at his desk, and smack in the middle of it was a box of 1844s. Thought that was an odd placement.

finishing a OOO robusto and almost done with my first pot of coffee.
Both of those sound great right now.  I'm gonna have to dig out an OOO.  It's been a while.

Feel bad that I didn't stop and get the traditional holiday donuts for the December herf....just as well I guess, as Tony has been a good boy...and it allowed him that extra slice of pizza.

Anyone else here watch Jessica Jones? We finished it up last night, and in the last episode or the second-to-last one, there was a club owner sitting at his desk, and smack in the middle of it was a box of 1844s. Thought that was an odd placement.
But I bet it got you wanting one.  I'll have to look for it.

Well it is "just another list", my hometown is ranked 16th best place and I can tell you that is B.S.

I will put that Honest Man in the top 3-5 of all cigars I have smoked and the ones above it were significantly more costly.  That was supposed to be a limited production so I will be purchasing a lifetime supply.

Edit:  By the way that thing was an hour and a half smoke for me and I am not a slow smoker.

Simple - the Gen 3 will use any G19 glock Mag on the market and the G 19 Gen 4 will only use Gen 4 magazines.  Also the G4 cost is more expensive than the G3's by enough to offset the  one extra magazine cost difference.  Most all glock whores much prefer the G3 but then again it is a personal choice best thing is to feel up :) both of them.

Good mornin fellas!
Morning CG
Howdy Tex!  Could you outline your pros and cons on the Glock19 Gen3 v Gen4?  The extra mag is tempting me with the 4, assuming I get one with a fixed spring ;)  I do like the handle/grip on the Gen3, so that's making it difficult.
Cleck out the FNS...solid gun and comes with three mags!
A TexasBirdie said there would be a comment like that coming from a NJ Traveler...
To be fair, Springfield is also good to put in the mix when doing a comparison....or feel up opportunity as you like to look at it.
Agreed, i'll probably feel a bunch of them up :)  'I'll 'dean' em'!

But now that is not all he told you is it?      By the way while different models I do own 2 FN's myself and they are sweet.
TexBirdie has been a wealth of good knowledge over the past few days :)

Feeling up is my specialty...Ok good to know on the mags!
This is the best you can do on your second base fantasies?

Scorcher just went into the 98 cent mode with the 3rd burner.
Definitely a timeout vs a sellout.
Bar is good to see with these as it shows sales/interest separate from time.  Clearly these don't have much action.

TATUAJE SKINNY MONSTERS SLATED FOR 2016

For starters, all the Skinny Monsters will be a round 6 x 38 petit lancero size. And while the cigars will debut in sampler form next spring, there will be limited amounts of 25-count boxes made after the samplers are released.
Have you cleaned up the floor from peeing yourself yet?
I have to admit...it's excites me
Me Too!
Seems like a very positive review of the 12 Honest Men? I had a .44s corona last night, great cigars. Also smoked a Tat Original Lancero and a Room 101 MC III Roxxo

Nice! I'll have to get some
Never had to touch up the burn one time, that in itself is rare.
That's nice, I was telling the guys last night, the Tat lancero was tough for the first third until it opened a bit. Great flavors but tight draw on several so far
Any age on it?
I got them for Father's Day, so June, right?

Don't think the price on these El Centurions are cheapy-cheapo approved. Seem a little high
Was thinking that myself, passed but would like to stock up on some.

Think his self imposed rate was @ 10/$35 or 36... and that was for the toros.

For any window shoppers, Bid site has a box currently at $70

Actually that's not a bad price.  Rarely sub $5 per unless you get lucky on the bid site.

Morning Steve.

Hey, Dave. I see Fishys line up. What'd you have?

I had a MCI mutante and a Leiney snowdrift... enjoyed both.
Started with a El Güegüense  (Nick Melillo of Foundation Cigar, previously of Drew Estate).  It was a toro, 6.0 x 56 and smoked very slowly, just managed to get a Four Kicks Grand Corona in before closing.
Day before with LTG Dave, had a Sobremesa by Dunbarton Tobacco and Steve Saka...also formerly of Drew Estate), and and EPC Cabinet.

So, which gave you the most enjoyable experience? ...And which cigar did you like best? ;)
Really hard to say.  LTG can always show you a good time....Tony is very accomodating and Fishy always gives you a run for your money....I hate to name favorites.....

oh, cigars..... Both the El Gueguense and Sobremesa have gotten a lot of hype, and both are good polished cigars.  Neither stood out flavor wise, have a few more to sample before I really make a conclusion, but not something I'd run out and spend the asking price for more right now.  EPC and Four Kicks are known satisfiers.

If you count the $25 card then they were $3.13 ea, FS.  But I burned the $25 on a subsequent La Palina purchase, so official closing cost on the Blues was $3.75 ea.  Respectably cheapo.

Oh shit, jut got drawn for Ryder Cup tickets! BAMBAM!
I thought that happened  2 weeks ago.
They did a second one due to "demand".
Even though they knew the demand originally, based on how many people signed up for tix, but who knows. Maybe they found extra acreage for people to walk around on.
Yeah I hate the limited aspect of this tourney, just stupid - pump people in, get the crowds up!
It is a golf match not a fuk'n Mexican soccer match it is not supposed to be that way.

Glock makes a 30 or 32 round mag too which is real fun!   FYI, never waste your money on aftermarket magazines for auto pistolies, buy OEM stuff only!

edit:  if you want to see everything Glock check out www.glockmeister.com   Not necessarily the cheapest but they are first rate and heave about everything glock.

edit again:  spacer for larger capacity is called X Grip for Glock.  Work perfect to fill in the space like just an extension of the grip.

Glockmeister, Centerfire Guns, Gun Buyer, and a few others but Glockmeister has the most accessories for glock by far.  There is another place called the Glock Store which has a lot but I am not too fond of them.

Oh yeah, Lambo's and Grab-A-Gun are good but they are both in TX and I don't ever buy from them because they have to charge me sales tax, if I did not live here I probably would buy sometimes for them.  Online guns are like cigars and they have daily/weekly deals if you are willing to wait for what you want.  That is how we got that super deal for Bean yesterday on s S&W.

Unless you're carrying a 1911, which I know Tex doesn't.  With 1911's, the Chip McCormick magazines beat hell out of most OEM stuff.

But I have carried one back in the 20th century!   Raz is correct on that though, 1911's are an exception to the magazine rule there are several good manufacturers of those.  Then again there are a bunch of manufacturers of 1911"s that are a hell of a lot better than the original Colt too.

None at all in TX but I am not sure that some states don't have regulations about that just have to check ND, it is legal federally.  That is the so called "gun show loop-hole" the left whines about all the frik'n time.

WOW, Grab-A-Gun has a smoking deal on the Travellin Dave Favorite FNS9 @ $382 + $5.99 shipping.  Cheapest I remember seeing one.
That is like $200 below Cabelas!
Cabela's is not the place to buy guns as a general rule, of course no b&m is the place to buy guns unless it is something very unusual or something IMHO.
Unless you have a Cabelas credit card with a bunch of Club points on it. ;-)

Must be an e-mail deal.  I don't see it on their site.

Good to know - We will see, maybe I won't buy my first one in store and I'll see what their policy is.  What's the policy for selling/buying guns from third-parties(example: on a forum)?
Depends somewhat on the state(s) but you Can Not Ship Them Directly to each other has to go thru an FFL on both ends.
Ahh, ok - that makes complete sense.  What about if shipping is not involved and you met up with Mark and sold him a pistol?  Is there any registration that needs to be done?
None at all in TX but I am not sure that some states don't have regulations about that just have to check ND, it is legal federally.  That is the so called "gun show loop-hole" the left whines about all the frik'n time.
Most places I know require a document of transfer with the gun info, but that is just submitted, not reviewed and approved.

Just heard on the radio that Applications for CHL's are up about 1000% in the Dallas area over the past year.
See!  Obama is the best thing that's happened to the gun industry in a very long time.  You should be thanking him!

Scorchers started strong early but sure went downhill fast.
Back up to the top of the hill now!

LP Unico Serie Dirty Rat  Box of 12/$153
Sorry, 12, not 10.  like I said, still waking up.
Pretty good price, just a lot for a tiny little smoke.  I'd say to get 25 Tat Black PLs for just a little more and double the amount of same size smokes :)
While they are not a good price they are a great smoke.  And we all hope and pray that "size does not matter"
Or just move to FL where only a heartbeat matters...
Even that's negotiable.

I'll thank him when he does something good for gun owners.  All he's doing is driving up the cost, which he has a habit of doing.

Fine article by a liberal lawyer and professor at UNC.... ::)  Article itself is trash, but entertaining to see the background of this author and the salty responses to the article.  Wonder sometimes why they call it higher education...

Perhaps I shall continue then. Thirsty Goat Amber and a Sam Adams Winter Lager to go with bacon wrapped shrimp jalapeño cream cheese stuffed delights for dinner.  Yummo.

All are college professors winey kumbaya little pantywaist pussies these days?   I don't recall that being the case back when turned in our assignments on stone tablets.

I'm proud of you post whores.  My eldest was in a play this evening and I went straight there from work.  It had its funny moments.  Pretty good actually, for a middle school production. Anyhoo we just finished dinner and I'm exhausted.
