Crab cakes were fine but no comparison to the crawfish.

You need to come down and I will cook you some up.  Usually available in most of April & May mid May is  the peak of the season for quality.

Does not look good. The small ones were dead when the got cooked. Should all be bright red. Obviously not from South Louisiana!

Sorry you have your differences but everything aside, those crawfish looked damned good.  I don't think you can tell whether or not they were cooked properly from a photo.  You made me go check out that photo again though.  And now I'm hungry again.
