Based on the pix and prices that looks pretty damn good Dean but it ain't in TX and you will not have JR, Bean and Me to smoke with or insult you.
I know, but it get's me out of NY and away from what's causing all the financial problems so I can get a clean/fresh start.
amen those are the important things to accomplilsh. It really does look to be nice and will certainly be warm down there. Just a short hop to the Gulf or the Atlantic and you could go to the Daytona 500 to cheer for Kyle Busch or is it Kurt you pull for can't remember. 
I'm sorry for all of the problems that has brought you to this, but the thought of being able to just pick up, take off, and start all over again, sort of sounds appealing. Besides, if you save up and buy a row boat, you could paddle around the Gulf to JR's for a cigar herf..!
