good evening. just got home from work and sent an email enquiry to a place in Orlando, Fl. now I'm ready for a cigar and coffee.

You can sleep on the bus stop bench in front of my office in downtown Austin and they will feed you 3 free hot meals a day in the church across the street.  Would have to pay parking to sleep in your Jeep.

I may not be able to afford parking.

On the serious side Bastrop where your Sister lives is not far from the Austin Airport and they run a gazillion parking lot busses there (city and private lots both) so you might could get some work driving the nuts that come and go from Austin if you want to work some.
