It's never the motivation I need, it's the time and the money. But hopefully, if my dad stays away from car accidents that break his back and his ribs, then perhaps I'll golf a bit more this year. Lol

So the house behind us, older people, were moving down to NC to be closer to family. Tried selling the house and just couldn't get it done. Finally rented it out. New people are loud as hell, always arguing, they have a dog they leave out all the time that's constantly barking.

Well, wife comes back from dropping the kids off at school today and there's a big black SUV parked next to the house (we live on a corner). She pulls in the drive, the SUV pulls in next to her. Fucking US Marshalls, asking about our new neighbor. Apparently, shit's about to go down. Lol
